The Mastopexia is a technique that is applyed to correct falling breast but with normal measure.
In this cases by periareolar or vertical incisions and in few cases in T, and we dry again the skin excess and change the form (we do it more conical) and to the breast level.
In some cases this technique is combine with a collocation of a prothesis.
This operation is done with local anesthesia and sedation and the period recuperation is fast.
It`s advine the using of a special bandage specuially during the post operative.
